Location
Description
Forestry, agriculture, construction and maintenance can produce sparks, hot surfaces or open flames near combustible vegetation. Ignition risk changes rapidly with wind, humidity, temperature and fuel moisture, but work practices and permissions do not always change with it.
This issue covers accidental ignition from occupational and agricultural activity. It excludes transport networks, household recreation and deliberate fire-setting.
