1. Introduction

Welcome to CommunityFix ("we", "us", or "our"). CommunityFix.org is a non-profit open-source platform dedicated to solving global challenges through community collaboration. By accessing or using CommunityFix.org (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

3. Fees and Subscriptions

CommunityFix.org does not charge fees or subscriptions for access to the Platform or its content at this time.

4. Permitted Use and License

• You may view, download, and share content on the Platform for personal or non-commercial purposes.
• You are authorized to use ideas, research, and other materials from this Platform to create or benefit your own company, provided that:
  1. Your company donates at least 1% of its revenues to CommunityFix or any recognized non-governmental organization (NGO).
  2. You notify us in writing of your company’s use of Platform content and the associated project details.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to, engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Harvesting, scraping, or data mining any part of the Platform.
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, user accounts, or related systems.
• Engaging in any fraudulent, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate behavior.

6. User Obligations

• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, including but not limited to if you:

• Violate these Terms or any applicable law.
• Engage in prohibited activities or misuse the Platform.
• Act in a manner that we deem harmful to the Platform, other users, or third parties.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL COMMUNITYFIX, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
